HiRoad's Customer "Puppet" Testimonials
In 2023, HiRoad underwent a new brand and identity refresh which introduced an updated voice and tone, illustration style, photography library, and more to better engage and excite our customers and stakeholders. As a marketing social media experiment during this new expression of ideas we created a unique one-off social series called Customer Testimonials (internally referred to as "Puppet Testimonials"). The series included two videos featuring ambiguously gendered puppets reading real customer testimonials. This was in effort to highlight testimonials in a scenario and medium that our customers and future customers may enjoy and remember.

Rather than a static image with text, please explore ways that can make the content more engaging and exciting to our audience.
My Role:
I was asked to assist with the ideation, design, and production of this series. My responsibilities included storyboard sketches and digital roughs, character (puppets) scouting, collecting design assets (backgrounds, mockups for each frame, subtitle look and feel, etc) for delivery to motion team, voice actor research, and voice over recording. My voice is on the top left recording.
